paying attention to the details of the incident answering the calls and getting back to you (while most of other laywers didn't answer my calls or call me back) I was impressed by her attitute and work ethic: I found Inna's profile on as a top rated laywer in "Speeding & Traffic Ticket" category. It was my first ticket of any kind for the last 3 years I'd been living in the US. I got a speeding ticket driving in the rain in a rented car at night. The hearing was conducted over the phone (COVID-19 times). The whole court procedure took about 5 minutes (including introduction of the sides). I would highly recommend her and honestly can not say enough about how pleased I am with her performance. The safety course she recommended taught my son the dangers of speeding and most importantly he learned his lesson.
She knew the necessary steps to get him a second chance and because of her diligence and hard work, he was able to avoid a loss of license and all the fines and fees that follow. His speed had been caught on lidar and she knew the best approach to get the best outcome. His loss of license was going to cause hardship not only for him, but for the entire family. My 17 year old son, faced a three month license suspension, fines, points and insurance hike after getting stopped for speeding. She handled our case with the utmost care from the initial phone call through the court date. She not only had to deal with the client, but also his mother who was very distraught over the situation. Inna Rifman was so professional, compassionate and knowledgeable throughout our case. INNA you truly are amazing at what you do and anyone that is looking for an attorney, STOP YOUR SEARCH HERE, SHE IS THE BEST! More I cannot thank Inna enough, I have a perfect driving record and thankfully I am able to keep it that way. INNA went to bat, allowed the trooper to tell their side of the story and then asked very specific questions, the answers provided by the trooper were exactly the opposite of the video evidence. After a short time Inna and I appeared in front of a judge via Zoom and thankfully I had video which we submitted and requested an in person hearing. Inna represented me during a Zoom hearing and the magistrate found me not guilty, over and done right? Not so fast, the ticket was appealed by the trooper, this never happens and I was now even more worried. This ticket had me very worried, I knew during the stop that this was personal, I am not sure why but it was extremely evident. We had a virtual hearing for the warranted ticket and Inna was able to work with the judge and have this removed/dropped so long as I did not get an infraction within a specific time period, AMAZING! The second ticket was warranted, I simply was not paying attention on a road I frequently travel and such is life. Unfortunately one of the tickets I received was not a typical stop, I knew I did not commit the offenses I was being ticketed for and the way I was treated was far from a typical traffic stop (I am not part of todays participation trophy crowd, I take responsibility for my actions). I had two tickets that were about 6 months apart and knew I needed representation. While searching for an attorney within the city I came across a number of reviews for Inna and reached out immediately, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I COULD HAVE MADE & SHE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU!!
